- Prior Presentation Required: The original Gift Voucher must be presented before any price negotiation, commercial discussion, or finalisation of the purchase.
- Offer Eligibility: The Gift Voucher shall be deemed null and void if any negotiation, commercial discussion, or purchase terms have been discussed or finalised prior to presentation of the voucher.
- Travel Benefit: Travel tickets shall be provided strictly as per the dates, itinerary, package inclusions, and availability offered by the designated travel partner.
- Validity: This Gift Voucher is valid until 8 November 2026. No redemption or extension shall be permitted after the expiry date.
- Non-Transferable: The Gift Voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other monetary benefit.

- Final Authority: The terms and eligibility of the Gift Voucher shall be subject to verification and confirmation by Asopalav. The decision regarding redemption and applicability of the voucher shall be final.
